1. Within ninety (90) days of your purchase of a non-Commercial Edition of the VIVE XR Elite, you may upgrade to a commercial use license and warranty by activating a VIVE Business Warranty & Services (“BWS”) agreement. BWS is available to, and required of, only VIVE XR Elite customers who use VIVE XR Elite for commercial purposes. If you are a commercial-purpose customer of VIVE XR Elite, you must elect to activate either a two (2) year, or three (3) year BWS subscription by creating a VIVE Business account, acknowledging the Terms and Conditions , and paying the applicable commercial-use fee. Support services are not available until you register and activate your business account. VIVE XR Elite-Business Edition includes a pre-registered BWS account.

Commercial use of the VIVE Focus 3, VIVE Focus Vision Business Edition, and VIVE XR Elite Business Edition requires activation of a Business Warranty Services (“BWS”) account. Initial purchase of VIVE Focus 3, VIVE Focus Vision Business Edition, and VIVE XR Elite Business Edition includes a two (2) year BWS account (account activation required). Upgrade to three (3) year account agreement available for purchase at any time during initial term (activation of upgrade required with purchase of upgrade). Device registration is required for VIVE Focus Vision Business Edition.

To activate your BWS account, you must acknowledge the BWS Terms and Conditions , and pay the extended warranty fee, if applicable.  Support services are not available until your BWS account is active.
